Ordering
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
The User will be given an opportunity to review and correct the contents and other information of his/her order which will only be deemed to be accepted once Faith Brew has processed and confirmed this order via email.This does in fact not count if the order has already been shipped.
The products and prices stated on the Website are only valid while stocks last and Faith Brew will in no way be held liable to provide a product if it is no longer in stock or available.
The products described or graphically represented on the Website may differ in colour, shape, form, design, contents and appearance from the final product delivered.
Once the order has been placed we accept that you have thoroughly read through the contents of your order, you have chosen the correct shipping option and you have given us the correct delivery and contact information. If any mistakes were made by the User on any of these sections, Faith Brew will not be held liable for said mistakes.
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the next day provided payment is validated/received before 14:00.
All electronic products are tested to ensure full functionality before leaving our premises.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed or stipulated in the User's order or on the Website, the User's order will be delivered by The Courier Guy or the South African Post Office to the address provided during the order process. The User may also collect the order from the Faith Brew warehouse situated in Potchefstroom.
Although every effort will be made to ensure that delivery takes place within the time period specified in the Shipping Terms and Conditions , the size and quantity of an order as well as the distance between Faith Brew and the delivery address provided, amongst other circumstances, may require a longer period for delivery. The User will be notified from time to time of any anticipated delays with delivery and, in such circumstances; the updated delivery time will substitute and take preference over the delivery time stipulated in the confirmation email.
The initial shipping costs quoted to the User when an order is placed are only estimated costs. Faith Brew shall subsequently contact the User and provide the User with a quotation for the actual costs. Faith Brew will not ship an order unless the User has approved the actual costs. If the User does not approve the actual costs, the order will be cancelled and Faith Brew will refund the User the price paid for the goods concerned.
The User acknowledges that Faith Brew shall rely on the accuracy of the delivery address as provided by the User. Faith Brew does not verify the accuracy of any particulars of a delivery address provided by the User. The User shall check the accuracy of the delivery address every time when placing an order. Faith Brew shall not be liable for any costs, loss, damages or claims incurred by the User relating to an inaccurate or incorrect delivery address provided by the User as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Payment Options and Pricing
All prices quoted on the Website are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and will be inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, but will exclude delivery charges.
Delivery charges, fees and other related costs will be quoted and added to the total amount owing during the order process and the User will be given an opportunity to review and, if necessary, edit the products to be purchased, the listed quantities of such products and/or the relevant delivery charges, fees and related costs before proceeding to finalise his/her order.
Faith Brew shall have no duty to deliver any product until full payment has been received and such payment needs to have been cleared by the relevant bank and credited to Faith Brew's bank account.
Payments may only be made by credit card or via Electronic Fund Transfer ("EFT") into the bank account of Faith Brew and the User undertakes to pay the final purchase price (including VAT and any and all courier costs and other charges reflected in the confirmatory e-mail) using one of these methods.
